Neelkanth Mahadev Welfare Society has been formed by the Employees of Engineers India Limited (E.I.L), a reputed Public sector undertaking, under Ministry of Petroleum, in order to cater the demand of low cost good quality housing for its members at NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASIS. The governing body of the society comprises of constituted office bearers e.g. President, V. President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Asstt. Secretary, Treasurer, Asstt. Treasurer and six MC members and all the post are held by experienced employees/ ex employees of Engineers India Limited. We have come together for a common motive of planning and developing a best quality “Housing complex” of their own, where the employees of Engineers India Limited and other members can afford to acquire a flat/house.

The”Land Pooling Policy was approved and notified in the “Gazette of India” in year 2013 and was further ammended and re notified by UD/ DDA in year 2018. However, till date, DDA has not issued any approval/ license to any housing project under “Land Pooling Policy”. RERA act 2016 was enforced in Delhi on May 2017,
The RERA act provides restriction on advertisement of flat(s)/ plot(s) without registration/ approval of the project under RERA Act’ 2016.”
